As of June 15 2009 the blue berries
are not ready to be picked. The cold spring has put everything behind
schedule. We will keep everyone updated on the web site. Feel free to e mail us

Berryland Farms is a family-owned and operated hobby farm. Purchased in 2003 by
Rick and Nancy Merkel as a home for a lone Arab gelding named Casper, the farm
has grown and flourished into the family-friendly endeavor it is today. Come
visit us and enjoy Berryland Farm as much as we do.
From June until December, there are a wide variety of “picking” crops available.
Beginning in June-July, blueberries, raspberries, and other fruits such as
cherries and plums are ripe and ready to go. Then the farm transitions into
apple season; depending on which variety you are interested in, picking begins
in late August and runs until the heavy snow arrives.
Stop on by Berryland-Farm for home-grown apples, blueberries, raspberries,
pears, cherries or pumpkins. You can find all these picked fresh in our roadside
store, or come by and pick your own!
Containers available or bring your own. Kids welcome with an adult.
Come for a family outing and enjoy the farm,
and the picking. Show your kids where apples and other fruit really comes
from. Not just from bags at the grocery store. Come and have a "berry nice
time"
